🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns on the following:
  • Jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Customized or made-to-order items

💬 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Email us at support@wishyindia.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8368211501 within 7 days of delivery.
  • Mention your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
  • Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the process.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • For eligible returns, we will arrange a reverse pickup in most pin codes.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to ship the product to our return address at your cost.
  • Return shipping charges are , unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged item sent by us.

💸 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.
  • In case of exchanges, we will ship the replacement once the original item is received and approved.

❌ Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product:

  • Please share unboxing videos/photos with us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
